Pricing

How much is it?

£1000 + VAT per year. All in.

A simple ‘pay-as-you-go’ 12 month arrangement. No set-up costs, no termination fee, none of that ‘hidden extra‘ stuff that we all hate. Includes everything listed here.

  • That works out at about £2.74 a day. The same amount you would spend on a daily newspaper and a cup of coffee.
  • That adds up to about £19 per week. Roughly the same as a ten minute chat with your accountant.
  • Or about £83 a month. About the same cost as sending out 30 brochures.

How is it so cheap?

We have a lot of smart people - computer scientists, system architects, PRINCE2 project managers... these people are really good at designing super efficient business processes for our larger clients, so we asked them to work out a way that we could supply a system that would normally cost ten times as much for under £750.

They couldn’t. The quality wouldn’t be high enough and corners would need to be cut (and we have ISO 9001 Quality Standard, so that wouldn’t do).
 
They went away and refined the approach, refined it some more and the tested it to destruction.
 
Sublime efficiency allows us to offer this for £1000. Every step of the process has been designed with military precision, using PRINCE2 project management processes so it runs smoothly for you and for us.
 

Keeping the cost down

So we have designed our development process to drastically reduce costs – a saving that can be passed on to you. This process is tried and tested, but there are a few things that you need to be aware of, explaining how we can bring such a feature rich package to you at a great price.

When you look at our process you will see that there is no time for costly meetings or lengthy telephone support calls. Everything has been streamlined so they are simply not necessary. You’ll see that our project managers and designers will be in touch with you at certain stages of your website development – these stages are carefully planned and timed to allow us to build your website to the highest quality (did we mention our ISO 9001: 2000?), but also cost effectively.

You will also notice that once your website has been built, we will give you access to easy-to-understand tutorials that will help you load your text and photographs, again reducing our designer’s involvement and therefore the cost.

Can I add more features?

Of course you can, if you need them.

The package has been carefully designed for an ‘average’ small or medium sized business or organisation, but hey, who’s average?

Here is a list of some of these extras Some have a one-off cost, some will be an annual payment added to your £1000. Some need to be thought about now, others you can add later once you have decided that you really need them.

How can I get my site for free?

Through a simple 'Introduce a Friend' scheme.

We won’t give you Marks & Spencer vouchers or a free bottle of Champagne – we’ll give you £100 for every friend you introduce who orders a website from us. You can spend the money, use it to reduce your website costs or donate it to charity - totally up to you. 10 friends equal a free year.

You can also put banner adverts on your website of you want. So if you are a golf club for example, you can ask local businesses to sponsor certain pages - if you had sponsorship of £60 for every ‘hole’ page on the site, you would be in profit by the 17th hole.
 

Why rent when you can buy?

We've done it. We spent £10k on a CRM package that wasn't quite right for us and it's sitting in a cupboard. Never again.
 
When you rent from us, you don't need to worry about the technology, the updates, the patches, the servers or dealing with IT people. We look after all that for you, for the price of a daily paper and a coffee.
 
Maybe you don't want to spend thousands investing in a website because your needs might change in 10 months time. Our CMS is easy to start using and just as easy to upgrade or stop altogether.
 

The price won't change for two years... guaranteed

We guarantee that your rental cost will not increase for two years, so you can plan your eMarketing expenditure to the penny.
 
And if we do need to increase the prices in year three, no matter what state the economy is in, we'll cap it at an absolute maximum of 10%.
