Who are we? (quick version)
There are 18 of us, we have been around since 2000 building big websites for very important organisations, we are quite famous for what we do and we are very, very good at it.
But don't just take our word for it.
We are a very well run company and have been awarded lots of ISO standards.
We are a green company (really, we are, we have standards and awards to prove it).

Who are we? (longer version)
S8080 is the independent digital media agency behind LightOrange CMS - our core areas of expertise are usability and accessibility, website and interactive design, technical web development and digital communications.
We help organisations by designing, developing and implementing effective online communications and marketing strategies. We have done this for some
very impressive clients.
We form a base of consultants, project managers, designers, illustrators, artists, programmers and web developers who really do enjoy pushing creative and technical boundaries. We take pride (and pleasure) in developing innovative solutions to complex issues.
Our team consists of happy, versatile, creative professionals from different backgrounds and experience (and, in some cases, planets!) who work hard to make S8080 the best it can be. We are wholly focused on smoothing the path of the client.

Why have we done this?
We are pretty well known in our industry. We have grown successful through sheer hard work, having a great team, a solid product, sublime customer service and brilliant clients. Our clients tell their friends and colleagues about us and they turn into clients too.
All of this wonderfulness means that some very large organisations have come to us for their websites – complex projects that take months to design and build. Being set up to deliver projects of this size, S8080 have had to turn away smaller organisations daily – we honestly didn’t have a way to provide them with an ‘S8080 site’ at a cost that was acceptable to them and remotely profitable for us.

We took an awful lot of phone calls like this before we decided it was time to try and do something for these smaller organisations that didn’t have budgets of thousands to spend on a website.
We decided to try and take what we do for our bigger clients, distil it and develop a process and technical solution that would be cost effective for you and profitable for us.
How much? How much?
We asked our boffins to work out a super efficient way that we could supply a system that would normally cost ten times as much for under £750. They couldn’t.
The quality wouldn’t be high enough and corners would need to be cut (and we have ISO 9001:2000 Quality Standard, so that wouldn’t do). They went away and refined the approach, refined it some more, built lots of stuff and then tested it to destruction. They managed to get it in at a £1000 price point.
Sublime efficiency allows us to offer this for £1000. Every step of the process has been designed with military precision, using PRINCE2 project management processes so the project runs smoothly for you and for us.
We are now delighted that we can offer the legendary S8080 service to businesses and organisations of every size for the price of a daily paper and a Starbucks.
